Who We Are

Fundamentals Over Hype

For over four decades, we’ve helped clients grow and protect their wealth with confidence. Founded in 1997 by Carl Stuart, the firm has earned a reputation for disciplined strategy, personal communication, and plainspoken insight.

Today, Carl leads the firm alongside his daughter Lindsey. Together, they embody the generational transitions many families and clients are navigating. Carl brings deep investment expertise and a steady, seasoned perspective. Lindsey brings a fresh lens shaped by two decades in education, philanthropy, and strategic leadership.

When your foundation is strong, you’re free to live your life with purpose. That’s the freedom we build for our clients.

Philanthropy & Community

Stewardship doesn’t stop at portfolios.

Supporting our community is part of how we do business and how we invest in what matters.

We put wealth to work through volunteer service, community partnerships, and action that reflects our values.

We proudly support local Austin organizations through donations, board service, and mentorship.

Lindsey Stuart

Lindsey Stuart brings 20 years of leadership in education, philanthropy, and public service, with a clear vision for where wealth management needs to go next. She’s helping evolve the firm to reflect a broader definition of value, one that empowers women stepping into financial leadership, supports families navigating legacy, and aligns wealth with purpose without losing sight of investment fundamentals.

Before joining the firm in 2022, Lindsey spent 20 years in public education, as a teacher, policy analyst, and leader in strategy and fundraising for Austin ISD. Her work helped bring more than $140 million into local schools. Lindsey’s background in education continues to shape how she supports and empowers clients today—with emotional intelligence, intellectual rigor, and deep care for the human side of financial decisions.

Lindsey holds degrees from Wellesley College, American University, and the LBJ School at UT Austin. She has served as Board President of BookSpring, is currently PTA President at Ridgetop Elementary, and sits on the Endowment Board at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School.
